Policies and Procedures

ALL CLIENTS must have an active credit or debit card on file.

To make things simple and stress-free, my booking system automatically sends you a message at the time of booking, as well as reminders 72 hours and 24 hours before your appointment. This gives you plenty of time to make any changes within my policy guidelines.

Because my time is the heart of what I offer, reserving an appointment means that time is set aside just for you. I kindly ask for your understanding that cancellations and changes outside of policy still require compensation. My goal is to keep everything clear and consistent so there’s never any grey area.

Rescheduling/Cancellation

If you need to reschedule, you will need to do so within 72 hours of your appt, you will also be required to pay a 50% deposit towards your rescheduled appointment.

If you HAVE TO reschedule or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment you will be responsible for a 20% last minute change fee and must pay a 50% deposit towards your rescheduled appointment. Same day cancellations are considered NO SHOWS because there will be no tie to fill your appouintment.

Late arrivals

There is a 15 minute grace period, if you will be later than that, please let me know immediately. I will do my best to squeeze you in or reschedule you as soon as possible. 

If you will be later than 30 minutes to your appointment, you must reschedule and pay the full amount of your appointment in order to reschedule, 50% of which will be used as a deposit for your rescheduled appointment. .

No Call/No Show

If you no call/no show your card on file will be chraged for the full amount of your scheduled appointment. Same day changes are considered NO show.

All monies paid are NON-REFUNDABLE.
