In order to alleviate any miscommunication, my booking system messages you at the time of booking.. as well as both 72 hours and 24 hours before your appointment. This is to give you AMPLE notification of your appointment and opportunity to change it within the parameters of my policies. Please understand that essentially my product it my time, so if you book my time I need to be compensated for that. I know this might seem harsh but it is to eliminate any grey area in the future. Rescheduling/Cancellation
If you need to reschedule, you will need to do so within 72 hours of your appt, you will also be required to pay a 50% deposit towards your rescheduled appointment.
If you HAVE TO reschedule or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment you will be responsible for a 20% last minute change fee and must pay a 50% deposit towards your rescheduled appointment. Same day cancellations are considered NO SHOWS because there will be no tie to fill your appouintment.
Late arrivals
There is a 15 minute grace period, if you will be later than that, please let me know immediately. I will do my best to squeeze you in or reschedule you as soon as possible.
If you will be later than 30 minutes to your appointment, you must reschedule and pay the full amount of your appointment in order to reschedule, 50% of which will be used as a deposit for your rescheduled appointment. .
No Call/No Show
If you no call/no show your card on file will be chraged for the full amount of your scheduled appointment. Same day changes are considered NO show.
All monies paid are NON-REFUNDABLE.
